Launched in 2026, the Scarletts Make it Happen Programme is our way of recognising, rewarding, and celebrating the incredible contribution of our volunteers across the club.
From coaching and match support to admin, event help, fundraising, and behind-the-scenes organisation — every hour you give helps Scarletts thrive. This programme turns that commitment into something visible, valued, and celebrated.
How it works
It’s simple: log your volunteering hours with the club as you go.
Your time is tracked throughout the season, and as you reach key milestones, you’ll receive official Scarletts Make it Happen awards, along with exclusive club rewards to mark your achievement.
The programme is open to both adult and junior members, encouraging a strong culture of teamwork, leadership, and community involvement across all ages.
Milestone rewards
Every hour counts — and every milestone is worth celebrating:
- 25 hours – Bronze Certificate + Club Pen
- 50 hours – Silver Certificate + Club Keyring
- 100 hours – Gold Certificate + Club Mug
- 200 hours – Platinum Certificate + Make it Happen T-Shirt
- 300 hours – Diamond Certificate + Make it Happen Hoodie
