Code of Conduct

At Scarletts, we play, support, and parent with pride.
Our ethos is simple: be inclusive, have fun, stay safe, and respect everyone involved.

For Players

  1. Be a STAR not a STORMCLOUD – treat teammates, opponents, umpires, and coaches with respect.
  2. Play with fun, fairness, and positivity – win, lose or draw, love the game.
  3. Support and encourage your teammates – we rise together.
  4. Listen to coaches and officials – their role is to help you play your best.
  5. Represent Scarletts with pride – on and off the court.

For Supporters

  1. Be a STAR not a STORMCLOUD – respect players, coaches, umpires, and other supporters.
  2. Cheer positively – celebrate good play from both teams.
  3. Remember: it’s about fun and development, not just the scoreboard.
  4. Never challenge or argue with umpires or coaches – their decisions stand.
  5. Be part of the team spirit – make Scarletts a welcoming, inclusive community.

For Parents & Guardians

  1. Be a STAR not a STORMCLOUD – be a role model in respect and positivity.
  2. Encourage effort, enjoyment, and learning over winning at all costs.
  3. Trust coaches and officials – let them coach, let them umpire.
  4. Support all players, not just your own – every Scarlett matters.
  5. Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all.

In short: Play fair. Respect all. Have fun. Be kind.
